All our fonts are downloaded to your computer in stuffed .sea.hqx files. These packages contain the font, a complete showing and a read me file. The package should automatically unstuff when it hits your desktop if you have a current version of Stuffit or UnStuffit installed. If you are on system OS X on a Mac and you have an older version of Stuffit installed in Classic, just let Classic launch and unstuff the file as you would normally. If you are on a PC the files are delivered as zip files, and require Winzip or a similar program to open.

IF you are having a problem where your shopping cart remains empty, even though you have tried to add an item, you might have a correctable browser conflict.
Our shopping cart, like most, is a "cookie" based system. That means our server creates a temporary file that tracks a user through the site to verify their transactions and prevent fraud. If your browser is not have its preferences set to accept cookies, than your cart will remain empty even if you click any of the "ADD TO CART" buttons and try to purchase.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 browser, for instance, has default security settings that do not allow cookies. If you are using IE 6.0 and want to be able to shop online; go to the top menu click on "TOOLS" and select "INTERNET OPTIONS" click on the "PRIVACY" tab and move the slider to "LOW", then click the "Apply" button.
